Re: Release of 2021/22 fixtures
You still think maybe no away fans allowed 11 months from now? Why?

Lily Hammer 12:08 Wed Jun 16
Re: Release of 2021/22 fixtures
If there are away fans allowed, and May is sunny and warm, Brighton away is a magnificent fixture for and end of season, title winning, celebratory beano.

I'd fancy that trip even without tickets, maybe even if away fans aren't allowed.

Re: Release of 2021/22 fixtures
This is the first time in ages when I haven't looked at the fixtures through my fingers... Nice start and we could be doing ok by November. (November is a tough month though).

Not bad fixtures!

What do we think the chances are of us getting an allocation for Newcastle Away?

Start and finish with two bogey teams, hope we are safe by the end!

Re: Release of 2021/22 fixtures
Some big games after Europa league weeks but most at home which is good.

We always seem to play Man Utd at home that weekend in September.

Newcastle first up again, all be it this time away.

Wonder what the ofdd of that where?

Hopfully an omen for a similar season, but if we could beat the barcodes this time would be nice....

Nice run around xmas which always seems key for picking up points

Noble's last home game is against City which is harsh.......hopefully they have the title tied up by then

Re: Release of 2021/22 fixtures
I know we have to play everyone home and away anyway and maybe it's optimism after our good season last year but to me those fixtures don't seem to have any prolonged run of games that i'd usually think would be tough to get many points from. Normally have one month of killer fixtures

Ye Gods, finally a game at home on boxing day, is that the first time since we moved to the OS?

Re: Release of 2021/22 fixtures
Fuck me, best set of fixtures we've had in years

Normally we have a couple of car crash month's meeting all the top teams. These are spread out nicely

Re: Release of 2021/22 fixtures
A decent start on paper to hopefully build some momentum.

I doubt the Newcastle game will be moved for TV.

Expect the Boxing day game to be on the 27th.

Re: Release of 2021/22 fixtures
It's not about that is it, its about where we go first, where we go last, where we go Boxing Day, do we have to go up north right on top of Christmas or midweek etc.
